Heart Heros CPR teaches you how to save lives. We train parents, teachers, and medical workers in a simple, hands-on way. Our goal is to make sure you feel ready to use an AED or give CPR and First Aid through our official AHA classes. You will learn exactly what to do if someone is choking, drowning, or having a heart attack. We also cover help for allergic reactions and overdoses so you can keep your community safe. You’ll practice recognizing cardiac and breathing emergencies, giving high‑quality CPR, using an AED, and relieving choking for adults, children, and infants. This class is ideal for school staff, childcare providers, and anyone who needs CPR/AED certification for work or personal preparedness. Participants receive a 2‑year American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED certification card.
